UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS POLICY

Legacy Productions, Inc. does not accept unsolicited ideas, pitches, concepts, formats, scripts, treatments, story materials, audiovisual materials, or other creative submissions of any kind.
Any unsolicited submission sent to Legacy Productions, Inc., whether by email, contact form, mail, social media, or otherwise, will not be reviewed, will not be treated as confidential or proprietary, and may be deleted or discarded without consideration, acknowledgement, or return.
The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes. Legacy Productions, Inc. develops and receives numerous projects, formats, and materials, and projects created, developed, acquired, or produced by Legacy Productions, Inc. may be similar or identical to materials submitted by others.
If you submit any materials to Legacy Productions, Inc. despite this policy, you acknowledge and agree that:

No confidential, fiduciary, implied-in-fact, or other special relationship is created between you and Legacy Productions, Inc. by reason of your submission;

Legacy Productions, Inc. has no obligation to review, use, respond to, acknowledge, return, compensate, or give credit for any submission;

Legacy Productions, Inc. may use, develop, acquire, or exploit ideas, concepts, themes, formats, stories, plots, characters, titles, or other materials that are similar or identical to all or part of your submission, whether such materials were independently created, lawfully obtained from another source, or already under consideration or development;

You waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim against Legacy Productions, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and licensors arising from or relating to Legacy Productions, Inc.’s use of any ideas or materials similar or identical to your submission.
If you are represented by a recognized agent or attorney and wish to inquire about a legitimate business submission, please do not send materials through this website unless specifically requested in writing by an authorized representative of Legacy Productions, Inc.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy or any submission shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the website Terms of Service. If the Terms of Service do not apply for any reason, then such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, on an individual basis only, and not as a class or representative action.
This policy applies to all submissions regardless of the country, state, or jurisdiction from which they are sent, subject to any non-waivable rights or mandatory laws that may apply.
